For conference organizers

Five hundred attendees.Five hundred different takeaways.

Your attendees sat through the same talks and needed different things from them. Facet gives each of them their own version — written for their role and what they came for. You get the report on what the conference was actually about. Attendees never pay anything.

Packages from ≈ €925 excl. VAT · attendees install nothing and pay nothing

PartnerCPH Vibe CodersAt CPH Vibe Coders’ events, every attendee leaves with their own takeaway from the talks — the lessons that matter to them.

  • Team lead: Start with one boring task — and measure it before and after · Make the week's AI experiment a standing agenda item · Let the biggest sceptic pick the task
  • Head of procurement: Three questions to ask vendors before the next contract · Buy a three-month pilot — not a three-year licence · The right to get your data back belongs in the contract
  • Developer: Data quality is the bottleneck, not the model · Ask the data directly — and log every answer · Build on one real dataset from day one
  • Running through the programme: Small, boring use cases beat big transformations
  • Where speakers disagreed: Who owns the AI tools — every team, or one central function?
  • What the room kept asking: How do we measure whether it worked?

Before · during · after

Everything the day needs — and nothing attendees have to install

Facet fits a conference as it already is: a programme, some rooms, a QR code in the room. All of it works today.

  1. 01 · Before

    The programme sets itself up

    • Paste your programme — AI reads in talks, times and speakers
    • Speakers approve recording and selling separately, with one link and no account
    • One QR from you — the same for every attendee — opens the whole programme
  2. 02 · During

Attendees are present — not on a keyboard

    • They scan in the browser: no app, no account, an email
    • They pick their talks, including ones in a parallel room
    • Questions from the floor are voted up live, so the speaker answers what the room wants
    • Your crew moves from one talk to the next with one tap
  3. 03 · After

Every attendee leaves with their own

    • A Facet from each talk, written for their profile — with their own questions answered
    • A nudge when the talk is over, so nobody forgets to collect it
    • You get the report and the numbers on what was taken home

Two outcomes

Personal takeaways for attendees. An overview for you.

For attendees

Scan, listen, take it home. No app, no payment — and a Facet from each talk, written for them.

For organizers

Example Conference 2026 — what the day was about

Built from 14 talks · 2 minutes after the last one

Across fourteen talks the room kept returning to one question: how to make AI useful in ordinary work without losing judgement on the way. The keynote and the closing panel disagreed on who should own that judgement.

Running through the programme

  • Small, boring use cases beat big transformations — said in six talks independently
  • Data quality came up as the real bottleneck, not the models

Speakers disagreed

  • Keynote: every team should own its AI tools. Closing panel: one central function, or it fragments

What the room kept asking

  • How do we measure whether it worked? (asked in 5 talks, 212 votes)
  • What do we tell employees who are afraid of it?

Worth programming next

  • A practical session on measuring outcomes — the most-voted gap of the day

Built from each talk’s essence and the room’s anonymous questions — never from attendees’ profiles or notes.

<5 means fewer than five people — withheld by the database, so a small session never singles anyone out.

Your programme’s clashes, measured: “From another room” is attendees who wanted a talk while sitting in another.

What it costs

Questions

What organizers usually ask

Attendees never pay

No card, no trial, no expiry. What an attendee takes home is theirs — after the conference too. Whoever brings the room pays, and the room does not.

Speakers keep their rights

Being recorded and being sold are two different permissions, and Facet asks for them separately. Nothing is published that nobody said yes to.

You see the room — never the person

Counts, questions and what was taken home — never an attendee’s profile, notes or Facet. A number covering fewer than five people never leaves the database. The audio is not kept after transcription, and attendees never receive the recording itself.

Do attendees have to install an app?

No. A scan opens the programme in the browser, and an email address is enough. Attendees who already have the Facet app can use it — nobody has to.

What if the wifi in the room fails?

The recording lives on the phone that makes it, and a finished result is stored on the server before it is delivered — so a dropped connection or a closed app does not cost the talk. Attendees who left their email are also told when the talk is over.

How quickly do attendees get their Facet?

Shortly after the talk ends. Attendees get a nudge when it is time and can collect their Facet whenever they like — it does not disappear.

Does it work in Danish and English?

Yes. Talks are transcribed in the language they are given in, and the attendee page exists in Danish and English.

What do we see about attendees?

How many joined, how many completed a profile, how many Facets went out, what the room asked, and what was taken home per talk. Never an individual attendee’s profile, notes, named questions or Facet — and no number that covers fewer than five people.

What do speakers have to do?

Nothing beyond saying yes. They get one link and approve recording — and, if they want, selling — without creating an account.

What if attendees want more Facets than the package holds?

Then they get them. The included count is a floor, not a limit; the rest is billed per Facet. No attendee is ever told they cannot have theirs.

Can the talks live on after the conference?

If the speaker agrees to selling, the talk can be published in Facet Store, where people who were not there can buy their own Facet of it. The speaker takes a share of every sale.
