For organizations

Know what yourteam knows.

Colleagues go to the same meetings and conferences and learn the same things separately. Facet gathers what they choose to share, so the organization can ask it — and see, every month, what it is learning.

PartnerCPH Vibe CodersAt CPH Vibe Coders’ events, every attendee leaves with their own takeaway from the talks — the lessons that matter to them.

  • What have we learned about onboarding — from customers and conferences? — The August customer meetings named onboarding as the main friction — specifically the first data import. Two talks at the September conference saw the same pattern elsewhere and recommended doing the import for the customer in week one. The product review says it is solved; that has not been reconciled.
  • What we keep hearing: Customers ask for the same integration in sales calls, support tickets and two conference talks
  • Accelerating: Procurement rules for AI tools — four teams raised it this month, none last month
  • Where it contradicts itself: Product says onboarding is solved; three customer meetings say it is the main complaint

Private by default

Nothing an employee records becomes the company’s by itself

It is the first thing an IT lead asks, and it is built into the structure — not a setting somebody can forget.

  • Every capture and every Facet shows whether it is private or shared
  • Nothing enters the organization’s knowledge unless somebody deliberately puts it there
  • A shared Facet can be taken back by the person who received it — not by an admin
  • A consultant in three organizations never gets two clients’ knowledge in one answer
  • The organization’s monthly Facet reads only what was shared — never anyone’s private captures

How it works, step by step
  1. 01 · Record

    Be present

    • Meetings, workshops and conferences, recorded on the phone
    • Each person gets their own Facet — written for their role
  2. 02 · Share

    Deliberately, never by itself

    • Everything is private until someone shares it
    • One action shares with the organization — and can be taken back
  3. 03 · Ask

    Ask the organization

    • Answers across everything shared, with sources
    • Only your organization’s knowledge — never mixed with another’s
  4. 04 · Learn

    See what you are learning

    • A monthly Facet about the organization itself
    • What keeps coming up, what is growing, and where you contradict yourselves

One pool for the whole organization: the colleague who records a two-day conference draws on the ones who recorded nothing. Beyond it nothing stops — it goes on the next invoice, up to a cap your admin sets.

The controls you need before rolling out to thirty people

A spending limit per member

One limit for everybody, exceptions by name. So one person cannot empty the pool for the rest.

An overage cap

Beyond the pool nothing stops mid-meeting — it goes on the next invoice, up to the cap you set. Admins are told at 80 and 100 %.

An invoice without surprises

Paid through Stripe, excluding VAT. Seats, card and cancellation are self-serve in the customer portal.

Join by domain — and SAML SSO

Colleagues with your email domain join automatically when they sign in. On Business they sign in through your own identity provider — Entra, Okta or Google Workspace — so IT controls access, including when someone leaves.

Usage per member

The console shows what each person used this period, so you can see where the value is.

Questions

What organizations usually ask

Can our admin read employees’ captures?

No. A capture is private until its owner shares it. The organization sees only what was shared — and an admin cannot pull in anything nobody shared.

What happens when we use up the pool?

Nothing stops. Usage beyond the pool goes on the next invoice at the ordinary rates, up to a monthly cap your admin sets. Admins get an email at 80 % and 100 %.

Can we start small?

Yes. Pay as you go has no platform fee and up to 5 members, so you can try it with a small team and upgrade in the console whenever you like.

What if an employee leaves?

A capture they shared stays with the organization as shared working material. A Facet they received and shared is their own text — they can take it back, even after they have left. Their private captures are their own.

Where is our data?

Your data is stored in the EU. Audio is sent for transcription and not kept afterwards. The privacy policy covers the rest.

Does it work in Danish?

Yes. Captures are transcribed in the language spoken, and the app and the console exist in Danish and English.

Can we use Facet for our own conference?

Yes — that is a different package, priced by the size of the room. See Facet for conferences.
